Preamble

The annual Soberning Man event was inaugurated on July 17th, 2021, in Lucas Ohio by members of the former OYPAA39 (Ohio Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous) Host committee. Since that time former members have worked to establish an ongoing committee made up of individuals interested in coordinating, planning, and holding the Soberning Man event. The goal of Soberning Man shall be the same as every AA group and every type of service, to carry the message to the still suffering alcoholic.
